I invented a berry frame around our new Christmas sign by shooting through what's left of the crab apple tree.
This is the previous photo with different colors, framed. The inside hexagon got stretched to be a bit higher; it filled the gaps in better that way.
Frame purse for my In The Frame Purse partner....
I've used two liberty prints & a vintagey sew-in frame & added some hand stitching to the front & back... Would you like this, or would you prefer something a bit more modern looking? I don't mind making another one, this was such a nice purse to make :)
The underlying frame of this Vic Viper type I'm working on. It's got plenty of connection points, and the clips near the main landing gear are for angling the wings. That 1x2-2x2 up bracket holds the wings up.
I may have inadvertently built a decent undercarriage for a Delta 7A. I'll have to futz around with it when I finish this.
Incidentally, I used a tripod for this and the iPhone's timer for the camera. But it automatically went into "burst" mode, which lowered the ISO and increased the shutter speed, which is not what I wanted. Oh well.
Based off of Perimeter, an RTS from Russian developer studio K-D Lab. Frame is a mobile city created to traverse the treacherous and ever-changing bubble worlds of Psychosphere. The city itself is not as big as the Frame itself for it also houses machinery to maintain base when on-world, as well as mystical Spiral, a device that allows inter-dimensional travel.
I’m an unabashed people watcher. The decor in this cafe included what became a corona for anyone who sat in font of it. The table surface added interest by reflecting colors of individuals as well as the lovely blue ceramic flower pot.

An oldie but goldie. From one of my first shoots I used film. And I remember that I bought the 85mm the day before. One of the best lenses I've ever used.

In the Frame is a landscape photograph looking over an old frame and fence to the blue water and almost white sands of the Kyle of Tongue, Sutherland, Scotland.
Kentmere 100 pushed to 200 exposed with the Contax 139q paired with Zeiss 50mm f1.7 stand developped in rodinal 4ml into 300ml for a hour.
I made the pattern and joined the frame purse craze. On the left, fabric from Amy Butler's Daisy Chain line. On the right, Norfolk Rose from Waverly.
Tiny mech battle at around 55 parts!
Inspired by Mobile Frame Zero tabletop game and designed for Brickset's polybag design competition:
The cottonwood is an integral part of the Southwest environment wherever there is water nearby. The Red Reefs Trail runs along Quail Creek which, at least seasonally, has enough water to fill Quail Creek Reservoir, the center piece of Quail Creek State Park, just downstream. I like to use local trees, dead or alive, to frame the red rock environment. Red Rocks National Conservation Area, Leeds, Utah.

I just really, really wanted to use those green heads in this piece. (As a result, it falls apart from just looking at it too intensely.)
...Any of the other turtles might have been a better choice for a build, as I found I have a pretty narrow selection of violet pieces - but Donatello is my favorite.
