Thinly sliced prosciutto, Grana Padano, fresh arugula tossed with lemon and extra virgin olive oil

My first time of making flatbread.

 

Scallion, salt, and olive oil are the ingredients with flour and water.

We made very quick pizzas today using pita bread. Not the greatest, but super easy.

Quizno's "flatbread sammie" alongside a single-serving bag of chips.

From Gordon Biersch..... this was amazing....

Flatbread brushed with herb olive oil and served with dips

I made this using the Tartine country loaf dough.

Making flatbread at the Mediterranean Market on Ellsworth. It smelled so good in there. I'm jealous of the oven.

With some ginger beer to wash it all down

Customers can be seen enjoying the wood fired pizza, tomato flatbread. The fresh bread and blend of herbs underneath the tomatoes are sure to tickle the fancy of all Italian food lovers.

Very simple, very satisfying flat bread, typical for Northwest Croatia.

Have to made more for future quick eating.

 

They should be able to be cooked straight out of freezer.
