Making flatbread at the Mediterranean Market on Ellsworth. It smelled so good in there. I'm jealous of the oven.
Customers can be seen enjoying the wood fired pizza, tomato flatbread. The fresh bread and blend of herbs underneath the tomatoes are sure to tickle the fancy of all Italian food lovers.
Have to made more for future quick eating.
They should be able to be cooked straight out of freezer.

Scallion, salt, and olive oil are the ingredients with flour and water.
American Flatbread doesn't do reservations, so the line can occasionally be long. But they've got a nice area to sit around the campfire and wait for your table.
A seemingly odd mixture (for me anyway) of ingredients comes together to make one incredibly delicious flatbread.
