Tesco flatbread wrap made with mustard dressing, cooked chicken breast, Sunblush tomato, spinach and applewood smoked bacon.

rosemary flatbread, based on a jamie recipe:
- mix 500g flour, 300ml water, 15g yeast, 1tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp salt, knead and rest for 30mins
- knock back and tear off small balls, roll with olive oil and rosemary, shape and flatten
- pan fry until golden, sprinkle a little sea salt and more rosemary & oil
A seemingly odd mixture (for me anyway) of ingredients comes together to make one incredibly delicious flatbread.
