This soft, chewy bread is a little crunchy on the outside from the grill pan and filled with the wonderful fresh flavors of the herbs and red onion. The garlic butter and salt on top finishes it off perfectly. Great with soups or in place of regular garlic bread - a favorite at my house!

New from Lean Cuisine! Quite tasty and well seasoned.
But I skipped garlic powder this time round.
It's important to brush EVOO and sprinkles sea salt when the flatbread is done.

rosemary flatbread, based on a jamie recipe:
- mix 500g flour, 300ml water, 15g yeast, 1tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp salt, knead and rest for 30mins
- knock back and tear off small balls, roll with olive oil and rosemary, shape and flatten
- pan fry until golden, sprinkle a little sea salt and more rosemary & oil
A seemingly odd mixture (for me anyway) of ingredients comes together to make one incredibly delicious flatbread.
