We actually ordered one flatbread with both of the special flatbreads of the day: slightly spicy squid, tomatoes, & aioli on one half and roasted squash and eggplant on the other half. Excellent, as usual!
I don't think i made these quite right. They were extremely time consuming and difficult to make. Hopefully next time they will be easier.

Did some more shopping. Focus stack of 15 images shot tethered via Helicon. Studio: 23w daylight CFLs; two reflected off brown/white wall left, three reflected off gold reflector right, plus some ambient. Two flags used to prevent blown highlights on the shiny onions.

...with anise and orange zest. this is now one of my favorites from artisan bread in 5 minutes a day! flatbread is the way to go. it bakes up in about fifteen minutes!

I took a photograph of this box because I wanted to send it to my brother and sister so they could identify it in the food market. When I transferred the photo to my computer, click, I had an idea (as seen above). LOL
BTW, these are darn good crackers!!
