Over the Memorial Day weekend (yeah, I'm way behind on uploading...) we took our British guests on a driving tour of Vermont, and ended up having dinner at the Lareau Farm Inn in Waitsfield, VT, home of American Flatbread Pizza.

On the mediocre side of things. I didn't pick out the smoked trout. I did enjoy the red onion and chèvre though. Crust was meh, despite the wood-burning oven. Still, interested in trying the other options

For saturday lunch. We were going to go on another bike ride, but got busy. So we ended up eating at home. This was leftover turkey on homemade garlic flatbread andmixed with mayo and cabbage. So good!
The slightly sweet tomato bits and the crunchy sea salt compliments the soft bread and crispy crust pefectly.
