After a week of battling a kidney stone, Derek is finally feeling human again! Just in time for a BBQ with friends. I resisted posting another food pic :P

Found a wig with a center part for this boy <3 Arrived just today. So awesome to see him like this again, bangs of any sort just don't flatter him.
. . . now I just need to fix his sleeve OTL And quit over-sharpening my photos.
(Also, my two monitors are so radically different that photos look like crap in one and nice in the other . . . I don't know which to trust lol!)
I've been awake for 36 hours straight. This is the only thing that
have kept me going. I need to get myself a nice vacation!
I planted this Giant Elephant Ear bulb in April and the first leaf finally unravelled itself in early July. I assume it's because of all the rain and the limited sun and warmth since planting.

This is the first time ever Astrid has allowed a blanket over her. She slept under it for over an hour. I guess it finally got cold enough. Or she's getting old.

Nevada: Well, I’m glad we could all make it today. Summer vacation can make it hard to find time to see friends, even when we do all live in the city. I think it’s important we find time to socialize.
