I finally got to spend some time enjoying my pool early this afternoon.
This dragonfly perched quite near me and was busying himself with something - I couldn't tell what while I was snapping the photos but when viewing them on my computer I realized he was eating -- I think it was an ant. He can have all of those he wants! I've got way too many.
Operation Finally Home, Goodall Homes, LP Building Products and Country superstars Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson all came together on Friday, Sept 2 to surprise Military Hero Shaun Meadows and his family with a brand new home that will be built just for him.
It took me like forever to take this,
one) because the first time we were moving.
two) it was dark to it took like a minute to take and by that time i was all shaky
three) I'm stupid. xD
i finally had to put it on top of the car
I finally gave in and got a free Clone Trooper mask and took a picture with the life-size Trooper near my booth.
How come Americans can't figure out that marijuana and Pepsi together is an unstoppable force? Big ups Thailand

This has been sitting in my work basket for at least a year. I finally got it put together--it sounds strange to say "piece" when the blocks are so large.
The thing I love best about this quilt top is that I found the coordinating fabric which matches the embroidery in my fabric stash! That almost never happens although I could work it all out to begin with when I pick embroidery floss.
