I found this security camera while cleaning up the basement and realized my new Canon Vixia *should* be able to fit inside the case. And it does! It tossed out the original B&W video camera that was inside because I can't make use of its old BNC style connectors anyway and security footage is easy enough to simulate without using antique gear.
I bought it AGES ago, in Super 8 days, as a prison camp prop for a movie that was never finished, and the prop was never used.
This is why I hang on to things for decades, because despite not having an immediate use, I know it WILL one day come in handy. I was about to fabricate a plexiglas camera shield then remembered this was in the same bin as the plexi.
A completely waterproof housing will be VERY useful this week.
My clever Auntie gave me sleepy eyes. My cousins sat and watched her do it. Azuki was very shocked I think. Finally my ordeal is over and I was able to sleep. My name is Holly and I have a family.

The office is almost done but most importantly, my work/play desk is up. This means I can pick back up with the design projects I had put on hold for the past couple of weeks.

Finally, after two weeks of rain, we have a sunny day. The mushrooms enjoyed the two weeks of rain because they have popped up everywhere.

I feel like I don't like in Minnesota any more. This was our first real snow fall of the year. The lakes aren't even frozen over yet. We are supposed to have a cold spell coming and I've never been so excited for cold weather in my life. It's been mid-thirties all December! That is NOT Minnesota weather.
