Story time!

2 days ago I sat down and decided to rebuild 135 without any computer assistance, to get back to my roots...and this is what I came up with, a 2022 E-One Typhoon with my favorite engine spec to date. Also tried out a new house bed design courtesy of Castle Beach Fire and I love it.

Lighting includes 2 Evan Designs Leds in the front, one of my Rogue Series 6 lightbars up top, 4 Luna Split Lights on the body and my newest Rogue Traffic Advisor in the rear. The roof pattern is inspired by pattern 12 on the FedSig Allegiant.

All controlled by my custom Pro Controller, and with cycleable TA patterns.

A Stanley engine I just got. After removing the light rust on the cross heads and oiling the hell out of everything I hooked it up to air see how functional it was.

It's in good shape for its 90+ years and does not really need much other than a cleaning.

air pressure was about 100 but I was throttling it with a ball valve so I could keep it on the table.

With a little luck I should have this installed in the Neverwas Haul and operational by summer.

After a little research It would appear it was a early engine made for Stanley by the Mason Co.

Almost the entire frame of the engine is brass or bronze.

Detroit Diesel S60; 470hp engine

My 2.5 Liter four cylinder engine. It's totally mind blowing I know.

As for my plans for it. I don't have many. I would like to paint some of the parts white. Maybe add an intake. And if I keep the car long enough I will do a turbocharger. That's not likely to happen though.

I think this is a Rolls Royce B80 or is it real Bentley engine?

Please comment. I don´t know.

Techno Classica Essen, 2025

not bad looking for 100 year old

The "BlackWolf" is Valentina's ride of choice. Once a stock Quadra Type-66 purchased for cheap on the outskirts of Night City, it has been rebuilt into a jet black chariot of speed and agility. Perfect for merc-work in and outside of one of the most violent cities in the NUSA.

Swapping the original, and nearly dead, engine for a fuel injected, 1000HP Twin Turbo adapted monstrosity, this is a vehicle that can match speed with both the fastest innercity racers and nitroCHOOH fueled abominations of the Badlands. Tightening the suspension and customizing the wheel base to accommodate new custom tread tires has turned this from once a classic piece of NewAmerican muscle into a vehicle capable of on and off road agility.

Armored with external plating resistant to small arms fire all the way up to light techweapon fire, the chassis of the vehicle has also been reinforced with a titanium roll and steel quick release drop plates to cover the windows in case of ambush by frontal and side automatic fire. Valentina opted for this over CrystalDome tech due to the chance the projection system ever endured damage and was then rendered unusable.

Additionally, a remote "Nanodrone" uplink system was installed giving access to a drone launched from the rear quarter panel that can be controlled by the drivers own Cyberware or follow the vehicle and provide covering return fire in case of attack autonomously. The BlackWolf is also equipped with an advanced communications and mapping system, allowing for communications on shortwave bands commonly used by Nomad factions throughout the interstates of the NUSA to more narrow-wave bands allowing for covert tapping into even Militech channels. Its dash-mounted GPS mapping system allows for quick reference in case one finds themselves lost in the wrong end of the middle of nowhere.
