One of my first experiments with the Droste Effect, created using the Gimp and Mathmap after following the tutorial by Josh Sommers. The image is also an Anaglyph, so you’ll need a pair of red/cyan 3D glasses to see added depth.

Another side-effect of me being out at Queens Road so much was that I pretty much doubled the number of Skylink Nottingham photographs I’ve got. Despite the proximity of this route to Chilwell/Beeston, because it pretty much just skirts past the main areas, under normal circumstances I rarely see them when I’m out spotting.
Having moved away from the junction for this shot, just a little way down the road, 126 is seen passing through Chilwell en route to East Midlands Gateway on 5.8.24
