Easygoing workaholic from Clackamas ; moved to Albuquerque. Didn’t care for half-measures: insisted family Thanksgiving football game be full-contact. Enlisted after 9/11 attacks ; cared for fellow soldiers and was good with Iraqi children.

Beautiful gray and white bi-eyed Roadie is a treasure. His birthdate is 8/24/2008. Sweet, loving and easygoing... he's a wonderful dog. Red and white Kaja is also available. Her birthdate is 7/22/2006.

I adopted Rufus when he was five weeks old. Used to being with people, he's my most easygoing rat, always happy to nibble on your feet and lick your tongue. He's been Brisby's pal since he (Brisby) recovered from the scabies he got at the shelter.

Welcome to the internet home of the Fernwood Road Cafe. This beautiful little spot on Salt Spring Island is the dreamchild of Jennifer and David Shaw. Transplants from North Vancouver (though Jennifer has a long family history with Salt Spring), Jennifer and David purchased the Fernwood Road Cafe on October 1, 2011 and have been living the Island dream since.

Coming from a background as a lawyer, a custom cake designer (yes, those are wildly different professions) and years of coffee education at Starbucks, Jennifer brings a history of business and a desire to give 110% to everything that she does. Whether it’s making your favorite non-fat, half-sweet, decaf, extra hot, wet vanilla cappuccino or serving up a slice of her Grandma’s Secret Recipe lemon cake, Jennifer strives to do her best.

His background in the travel industry (Evergreen Tours) and many years of working for Islanders’ favorite transportation company, gives David a unique perspective on Island life and the challenges of a community reliant on tourism and restricted transportation links. David’s easygoing manner hides his serious side, but there is nothing more serious that making sure that every patron at the cafe has an enjoyable experience.

In 2002 Spirit became the first Montana Grizzly to be placed at the Center. As a six-year-old, mother of two, Spirit was known by Fish, Wildlife and Parks biologists as "Easy" because of her easygoing personality and was often seen roaming the beach or golf course near the community in Whitefish, Montana. She obtained some human food and was passing on this behavior to both her cubs. Although she never was involved with aggressive tendency toward humans, it was only a matter of time before a dangerous situation became a reality. Spirit was relocated six times, but continued to return to the golf community even after intensive aversive conditioning with the use of Karelian Bear Dogs, cracker shells and rubber bullets. After one of her cubs was killed by a car, officials decided to remove the other cub by placing it in captivity at the Denver Zoo, and then to remove Spirit from the wild forever. Soon after arriving at the Center, this bear received the name Spirit in honor of the spritual signigicance of grizzlies to many Native American people.

Jason Anthony has been tattooing in the Phoenix area for over a decade. His easygoing nature, diverse skill set, and stunning good looks make him a treat to work with and to be around. When he isn’t busy making the Valley, nay, the entire state of Arizona a better looking place, you can find him avoiding responsibility and probably scheming ways to make Phoenix more like the Pre-Roman invasion of the British Isles. Until time folds on itself you can find him tattooing at his shop, Golden Rule Tattoo that he runs with his partners in business John O’Hagan and David Maxwell. Jason has managed to fumble onto a few awards, trophies, and plaques during his still burgeoning career and hopes that more people will think he’s better than he really is.

Straßenfest (Sommerfest) in der Adenauerstraße in Detmold (Germany) am 04.06.2016.

This was my only visit with Buckthorn before he went to Pflugerville, where they had a bigger cage for him. During my visit he was pretty easygoing and enjoyed petting.

Buckthorn is officially listed as a Flemish Giant mix. I think that's about right. Buckthorn is by far the biggest rabbit I've ever handled. However, he is not as big as some of the pictures of Flemish Giants I've seen.

(During that spot where you can't see Buckthorn about halfway through the video, I'm waiting to see if he's going to pop his head up over the side. He did it earlier.)

Buckthorn is available for adoption at the House Rabbit Resource Network's Pflugerville shelter. To find out about adopting Buckthorn or any of our other bunnies start here.

One of the two kittens we are adopting. She still needs a name. Feel free to offer suggestions! Brandon thinks that cats need "dignified" names, so my original suggestion of Puzzle for this girl just wouldn't do. So far our main contenders seem to be Scout and Freya. She's very easygoing: loves to be held and petted, purrs as soon as you touch her, and gets along with everyone and everything.

We had planned to add a pair of litter mates to our menagerie at some point in the future, but Penny is so destructive - we think because she's bored - that we decided for her sake to speed things up a little. These kitties are two of four whose mother, a stray who wandered onto Brandon's grandma's farm, was hit and killed by a car. :-( (One of the other two is being adopted by Brandon's brother's girlfriend and the other is staying on the farm, so happily they've all found homes.)

This adorable little girl is ready for adoption. Luna and Stella were found running in a busy intersection very late one night and just barely avoided being hit twice. When picked up they were just so very sweet and happy to be taken care of. Both of the girls are very well adjusted to big and little dogs along with cats and even kids. They are very loving, cuddly and well mannered. They enjoy playing together and with other dogs. They are very relaxed, non-dominant puppies who like to play but are not rambunctious or loud. They greatly enjoy curling up in your arms at the end of the day to sit together and watch a movie or just hang out. They are both crate trained and happily go to the crate whenever they need to. Luna loves to lounge around and after a bit of playing just wants to plop on the floor for a long nap. She is extremely well adjusted and very easy going. She is happy to meet anyone and just wants to be loved. Both of these girls are wonderful puppies looking to find a Forever Home where they can be loved and adored. Just fill out an application and their foster will call to set up a meeting at an event or your home. Then take Luna for Rent-a-pet.

Meet Mickey. A lean, fit, 6' 8", blonde, blue-eyed, all-American college boy from California. He loves to surf, blow bong hits and bang everything in sight.

Sporty and easygoing, he's as smart as he is handsome, and wherever the good times are, he's sure to follow. His charm, sense of humor and easygoing nature keep him out of trouble, but only just barely.

You can catch him, sometimes, on the way to a swim meet where he's happy to get waylaid by anyone hot, willing and eager. Lavish a bit of praise on his ever-ready, uncut 10" and you'll have him eating out of your hand...or anything else, for that matter.

Queen Anne: Take in the splendid view and architectural curiosities. For an easygoing stroll of an hour or so, go to the southwest corner of the hilltop. Start at West Highland Drive, just west of Queen Anne Avenue North. Make Kerry Park your first stop. The streetside strip of greenery has jaw-dropping views of downtown Seattle, Elliott Bay and, on clear days, snowy Mount Rainier.

Walk north from the viewpoint (Kerry Park) onto Eighth Place West (which leads into Eighth Avenue West). These next several blocks are a scenic boulevard with decorative balustrades topped with old-fashioned streetlights. IT's quite lovely, really. Lots and lots of beautiful homes. These are but a few of the many lovely--huge--homes in Seattle's Queen Ann hill area.

Leslie and Chris’s wedding weekend in Mexico City was the perfect reflection of who they are—warm, fun, and full of love that’s felt more than shown. Set in one of the city's most elegant and historic venues, the Museo Casa de la Bola, their celebration combined intimacy, character, and a touch of urban charm.

The festivities began the day before the wedding with a private family dinner—a quiet and meaningful way to gather their loved ones before the big day. The energy picked up that same evening with a welcome party at BROKA Bistrot, where guests were treated to delicious tacos, great drinks, and the kind of laughter that fills a room effortlessly.

On the wedding day, Leslie and Chris got ready separately at their hotels in La Condesa, surrounded by their closest friends. The vibe was relaxed and full of anticipation, with a city energy that added to the excitement.

The ceremony and reception were held at the Museo Casa de la Bola, a stunning space known for its lush gardens and breathtaking floral displays—and this wedding was no exception. The floral arrangements were vibrant, artful, and brought every corner of the venue to life.

While Leslie and Chris aren’t big on overly romantic photos, their love was undeniable in every glance, every shared joke, and every hug exchanged with their guests. They’re the kind of couple whose joy is contagious, and that made every moment feel intimate and real.

The night flowed with laughter, dancing, and spontaneous moments that only happen when the people are genuinely having a good time. From the charming surroundings to the easygoing energy of the couple and their guests, it was a celebration that felt effortless and full of heart.

Leslie and Chris’s wedding was a reminder that love doesn’t always have to be loud to be felt deeply—it was simple, beautiful, and full of unforgettable memories.

I have a pink phone. And it's caused a little controversy. Not because of the color, though.

The Ex called me to discuss something we've been talking about for a while. We are on the same phone plan still. We signed up for a phone plan together about six years ago. One thing I loved about our relationship is that we never stressed about money even though we didn't have any. We shared everything and never worried about what belonged to whom or who made more. We were partners and we supported each other.

We broke up almost a year ago now and our phone plans are still connected. We don't stress about this detail really. I pay my half and he pays his and it's cool.

He called me yesterday, though, because his new girlfriend is not cool with it. She doesn't like the idea that we are connected still. And I don't begrudge her this insecurity.

If I were her, I'd be a little intimidated. I have known her man since we were little kids. We were in a relationship for 10 of the past 15 years. My picture is hanging up on his mother's wall. And, I have a pink phone that he bought me and that is in his name.

I told him that I'd be happy to separate our phone plans if it would put her at ease and he thanked me for being cool about it. Apparently, he is getting a lot of grief from the new lady.

I am cool with it. I am an easygoing person. But inside, I felt a twinge of sadness. Because it made me realize that another woman's needs are important to him now.

But, at least I have this lovely pink phone.
