NPG day is portrait day

Donald used to be the President of the USA. He now stands outside a vaping supplies shop in Berwick Street.

In the woods that are behind the "No Dumping" sign. Of course.

A massive 60 shot upload to keep you all occupied for the next week or so whilst I nip out and take a few more shots.

Please pace yourself, I don't want any complains of Repetative Shot Syndrome...

I'll be adding individual titles and details of what you are looking at (assuming you are bothering to look) as and when I get time. Although I'm not always sure what I'm looking at as, despite several visits to Skye over the years, this is the first time I've actually managed to see the view!

Between Kenepuru and Porirua there are two large collections of dumped cars.

Fly Tipped Numbskulls Waste and in the background abandoned commercial waste. Sad us humans.

The dumping ground at Diva is said to recieve an approximate of 2000-3000 tonnes of waste. Like the other landfills, this one is also not scientifically maintained. There are small houses seen on the background. It is believed that they are building around the periphery of the landfill. Residents complain of foul odour and strange taste in their water. Due to lack of options, a large amount of waste has been left in a school playground. Originally intended as a staging post to sort waste out for appropriate disposal, the system appears to have broken down, with a dump now as high as the school towering up and threatening to collapse. UN Environment and its partners are working with the government to restart the waste management system, deal with the accumulated waste and contribute to Dominica's recovery.

TUMBLR

(*new film rolls to be developed soon from my new Nikon L35 and the AE-1 Prog!)

The open desert areas in the Antelope Valley can be pretty sickening when you slow down and take the time to take a closer look at all the dumping that goes on.
