A series of 6 shots showing a Toronto biowaste company truck pulled up to a city sewer and dumping it's contents.

A dump rake was used to gather cut hay into rows called windrows. With the curved tines down, the rake gathered the hay. When the rake was full, the farmer tipped a switch to drop the bundle.

Once in windrows, the next task was to pitchfork the hay into haycocks. The last step was to fork the hay onto a wagon for transport to the barn where it was stored until needed.
