I wanted to make some thank you cards as a baby shower gift for a friend who will be having a little boy in a few weeks.
This card combines the Hero Arts Everything Greetings (LL165) with the truck from Double D Rubber Stamps and a tiny Bib from Stampin' Up's Good Times set. The dump truck was stamped multiple times in Versamark to create the background. There are a total of 8 layered elements in this design.

Janice and I arrived at the State Park, yesterday, to find some excitement. The Fish and Boat Commission had just delivered trout to stock the Bushkill Creek, which runs through the park.
We've seen this happen before -- the officials recruit volunteers to carry buckets of fish to the creek and turn them loose, to launch the new fishing season.
Janice and I arrived as they were finishing up. People who fish were happy and ready to go!
This dump in Managua is inhabited by 2,000 to 3,000 people. They pick through the trash to find food and stuff to sell. These are the worst living conditions that I have ever seen. The government has made attempts to get the people out but they keep coming back. Children jump on to the garbage trucks as they drive in and start to sort through the trash while the truck is still moving. There is less competition for them if they do this before the truck stops to unload.
May 1975 EPA photo -- No dumping sign is a symptom of the off Mulholland drive on the western edge of Los Angeles. The road winds through the Santa Monica mountains which contain the last semi-wilderness in Los Angeles county and are being threatened by development. Some 84 percent of the state's residents live within 30 miles of the coast, and this concentration has resulted in increasing land use pressure population pressures along the coast of California
