A single dream is more powerful than a thousand realities.

Deep in the forest you might come across a brook that you can hear flowing among the beautiful autumn leaves.
The sound is so very peaceful and tranquil.
Pushing on that trigger is like pulling magic into my very soul...Darrell.
Have a safe and happy day dear Flickr friends !
We returned to our holiday home in the far north of Lancashire today. I'd had a small operation for skin cancer last week, and the stitches were removed this morning. So we quickly packed and headed north. There had been quite a bit of rain up here - something they badly needed. The roses had taken a battering, but I couldn't resist taking a shot of this one. It's a patio rose called Living the Dream. Very appropriate!
Misty Dream.... Because it was just that!!
Dream conditions at the swamp. Thick fog kept rolling through, thin puffy clouds streaked across the sky above and country sun made those clouds look like they were on fire. An out of the way swamp in country NSW provided the one of my most enjoyable photography sunrise experiences. There is nothing more enjoyable then being deep in nature with no sign of civilization and experiencing the dawn of another day. As dawn arrives and then the light arrives this swamp come alive with birds and animals.

Krystina and I decided that our dream dates would be here. A picnic, a sunset, and dancing on the dock.
Imagine... A little wooden shack nestling amongst the sand dunes along a deserted stretch of beach. The only sounds, the gentle lapping of the waves on the shoreline. A morning spent beach combing, bringing back the precious finds and decorating the hut's one windowsill. An evening sitting in quiet contemplation with a good book and only a candle for lighting. A good meal, perhaps fish you've caught yourself and cooked over an open fire on the beach. Sleep, restful deep sleep, lulled by the sounds of the waves, dreaming of a little wooden hut by the sea... Imagine...

To dream that you are being buried alive could mean that you are being undermined or stifled in some way. You are being held against your will either in a relationship or work environment. Something you don’t want has you held you captive and it is unbearable.
It’s time for you to make some major changes. If its your relationship, it’s time to have a serious discussion and even try couples counseling before making the decision to leave. If the job seems like a dead end, its time to start working towards promotion or a new job. Make sure you know what is making you unhappy and change it “Pronto”!
Let us show you the world of dreams:

This is my third and final entry into the Iron Forge second round, using wrenches and hammers as the seed part. I used them in the chairs, the steps, as the door handle, and as part of the power pole. This was a fun build, and I'm pretty proud of it. I hope you enjoy!
Cheers!

I want to thank each and everyone who took the time to visit my little space here on Flickr. Have a super day!
Just like in Australian Aboriginal dreaming, in (western) garden dreaming too there is a communication with creation and the beginning of all life. This communication is on a deep and primal level and includes our ancestors, all of life that has come before us and it places the gardener in this almost eternal cycle of the coming and going of life. Touching the soil means in a symbolic sense to reach out for the true home, the one most of us have lost. It does not surprise me that gardening as a cultural-religious phenomenon appeared in close correspondence to the decline of Christendom in the West. Leica M8, Elmar (collapsible) 4/90 wide-open.

Hanging by the window,
the dream catcher waits,
to catch me a dream, that’s hopefully great.
Quiet and still, it waits in the night,
to catch a dream, traveling in flight.
Its web is of leather, its feathers light,
the magic it works, carries great height.
Will it bring me a lover, a funny story or song?
or, will it bring nightmares
where everything goes wrong…
The time is now near, for me to lie down
and wait for a dream that’s happy and sound.
Dream catcher, dream catcher,
caution you please,
my heart is now calm, my mind is at ease..
Per chi ha tanta voglia di creare e sognare....come me:-)))
Questo è un mio lavoro, uno dei tanti!
