This picture is for the group Happy Caturday and this week the theme is "Dreaming of....".
Noah is definitely dreaming of lizards... or treats. He would do anything for a treat. Since we put a new flap at the bottom of the back door he hasn't had much luck with chasing down any lizards inside the house lately. THANKFULLY! Noah can still watch them as they run past the back door so hopefully he is satisfied with that... although I doubt it. :)

The foreground is an older picture taken in a Forró- Class (Brazilian social dancing). I managed to sneak up on our instructors and take a quick picture!
I wanted to do something with that photo for quite some time and when I needed a birthday gift for one of them I finally had an excuse to spend some time. Unfortunately the background of the original picture was not exactly suited for free-form-selection.
I found the background picture on some open source wallpaper website and I think both parts work quite well together!

Dream Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park is one of the Colorado Rockies' most beautiful alpine lakes. The mountains tower high above the lake creating a dreamy scene. I would definitely say it was a beautiful hike, but maybe not quite so dreamy as hiking unmarked trails in deep snow on steep slopes is a bit different than what I am used to in a much flatter environment that I normally hike in. When we finally reached the top, we were no longer thinking about the difficult hike up, but rather trying to take in the insurmountable beauty before our eyes! I stand in awe more and more as I behold God's creation and marvel at how glorious He is!
