A contrast in Daimler business ends! Ex-Birmingham and WMPTE 3472 Marshall-bodied single-deck Fleetline alongside West Bromwich Corporation FEA156
In April, 1989, I visited Fords of Gunnislake hoping to get a shot of their double deckers. Former Oxford Daimler Fleetline UFC 419K was a little hidden but ex London Transport DMS439 (MLK 439L) was perfectly posed.

It is registered as a Daimler but has the cat on the bonnet & I think it has Jaguar hub caps.
Looking very smart fairly new Burton on Trent Daimler/Massey bus stands in the yard at Horninglow Street garage. BFA 590B was new in December 1964, this was taken in March 1965. Leaning against the door of the shed is a pole complete with bus stop sign, a new galvanised radiator filling can stands behind number 90.

Der viertürige Mercedes-AMG GT auf Erprobungsfahrt // On-road test of the Mercedes-AMG four-door Coupé
The very regal looking Daimler DS420 limousine can still be seen plying its trade on U.K. roads even though production of it finally ended way back in 1992! Oxford Diecast who have quickly built up themselves a fantastic reputation for their choices of vehicles to model have this beautiful 1/76 version in their range. The casting itself has been out a couple of years now but this two tone Embassy Black and Carlton Grey appears to be the latest version. The huge graceful bulk of the real limousine has been captured well and as ever the levels of detailing applied are a sheer delight. This one came from the fantastic 2K Technologies model shop which luckily for me is a fairly short drive from home. Mint and boxed.
