Our four 'Passandra' cucumbers have now reached about 6ft and show no sign of slowing down. There are one or two cucumbers developing at almost every leaf joint and they are beginning to ripen at a prodigious rate. Hubby ate three while I was away for five days!
My dad and I went on a hiking trip in Ohiopyle State Park and came across this waterfall. I read somewhere that it was around 40 feet tall. A very pretty place to relax and just listen to the water running.

This is my little pickling cucumber. He isn't doing so well. He is the sole survivor from a slug attack in the spring and really hasn't grown much since the first of July. He did put out a flower though. Go little cucumber, go!
