Our four 'Passandra' cucumbers have now reached about 6ft and show no sign of slowing down. There are one or two cucumbers developing at almost every leaf joint and they are beginning to ripen at a prodigious rate. Hubby ate three while I was away for five days!
This is the first produce of my garden besides lettuce! I'm so excited! I picked it a little early, but that's ok. It's really really big. Anybody that knows me knows I have long hands. And this sucker nearly covers my hand. I've got a bunch out there this size that I'm going to let grow for a few more days. :)

And, this is the new face soap unclothed! The cucumber fragrance oil is all natural, says Wholesale Supplies Plus. I used that with a comfrey and parsley herb swirl. I thought about calling this soap "Cucumber Salad", but then thought, "nah". I kept picturing washing my face with huge salad leaves! LOL I like the way it came out. Do you like a swirl soap?
The Lemon Cucumber seedlings now have their third sets of leaves and are big enough to plant in the Square Foot Garden. I'm planting them in 5 squares with 2 plants per square.
We had cucumbers with our picnic and some had fallen out of the container into the bag. Rather than toss them, we did a cheap-o spa treatment :)

My dad and I went on a hiking trip in Ohiopyle State Park and came across this waterfall. I read somewhere that it was around 40 feet tall. A very pretty place to relax and just listen to the water running.
