I have quite big hands. You get the idea how big these babies are. The top two were too close to the soil, so they are not that straight and big.
this is the only cucumber plant we ave...when we bought those plants we bought two but a freind of ours couldn´t find any plant to buy so we gave one of ours...so we are taking good care of this little fellow here....guess it came in the greenhouse rather late..but we´ll see what it will give.....

Everyone loves this salad. The chicken is juicy, the scallions and cucumbers are refreshing and the dressing is perfect. Enjoy!
At first glance it looks like a Phyllidia nudibranch, but close inpsection reveals the sucker tube feet of a tiny baby sea cucumber mimic.
The potted Lemon Cucumber got sun burnt, but I think the will be fine since the affect leaves are mostly the baby leaves.
I'll wait until these are a few more inches before planting them out, otherwise, the snails and slugs may devour them.

После чего соленья из Северной Украины оказались востребованы еще в 70 странах. Почему ценится именно нежинский огурец? Учёные поясняют это землями, в которых он произрастает: они чрезвычайно богаты ионами серебра. Вбирая их в себя, овощ становится хрустящим и необычайно вкусным.

Chinese dish called "lan ban huang gua", I think it means cured cucumbers. Basically these things are salted and then flavored and served cold.. haha i think.
