Downtown Meriden, CT taken from Pratt Street, through the fence of the new park being built at the HUB. The park seems to be coming along nicely. I used my Tamron 28-80mm Zoom Lens for this image, taken at 9:15a.m. this morning.

Using Photoshop CS6 and camera raw 7.0. Image processed in ACR by sliding highlights to -100 and shadows to +100. Clarity was also increased to +100. Then using lighting effects I brightened the center of the photo and made the edges slightly darker. Saved as a jpeg and then reopened in ACR via Bridge and reduced noise slightly. Single image HDRish effect.
