Photoshop visualisation of Dulux colour schemes for a residential exterior repaint project. I captured the photograph with my Nikon D3100 DSLR camera and post processed the imagery with Adobe Photoshop CS6. As you can see with the original image there was a lot of tidying up of the house's substrates before new colour schemes could be applied. The paint contractor is a New Zealand Master Painter.
This one was opened and edited i Photoshop CS6 and croped. These are just about the right colors. Please note, that the green background colors (the garden) are much more pleasant here, than in the Capture One 7 Pro version (previous image). And this time, the color of the blue and white shirt (right hand side) looks quite natural.

So I've been playing with Photoshop CS6 lately... This photo was edited in Color Negative in Curves using Photoshop.
Here is a still from what will be a trade show video. The problem is that the longitudinal lines are a bit wobbly, especially near the poles, for instance in the top right quadrant, between the orange and yellow earplugs.
I have created a new 3D object with the preset sphere from a layer that is a grid of my client's products. As the sphere rotates, the black edges of the grid straighten out as they come around to the front, and then get wobbly again as they approach the edge of the sphere. At first, I made the black part of the grid from a bitmap mask, but no, same problem when I made the grid from a vector mask.
Pretty sure it is not a hardware issue as I have gone thru all the optimization steps for using the Mercury Graphics Engine on my quad-core machine with a supported video card, and the latest version of OSX.
Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?
Thanks!

a fascinating trip to Hampton Court Palace. Stayed at a lovely B/B at East Molesey from which it is just a short walk to the palace entrance. this is a full day out, in fact I don't think you can possibly see it all in just one trip.
Taken for Active Assignment Weekly - Macro World
Well, this weeks assignment taught me I really need to work on my macro photography, and or I need a macro lens. I found it extremely difficult to get a sharp focus on everything I shot. I ended up using my Fuji instead of my D700 because the Fuji has a macro mode.
This is the picture of the front and back of a wheat back penny. My dad is really in to coins and he always told me to look out for these and keep them, although in the condition it's in I doubt it's worth much more than its face value.
In CS6 I merged the two images onto on canvas and tried to sharpen a little.
Revisited panoramic with updated software and vignetting editing. I'll leave the previous up for comparative purposes.
It was not the nicest of afternoons, speaking of the weather, it was crowded with families and tour groups, and, as if the challenge had not already been issued, there were also large cordoned off areas of the cathedral grounds, giving someone with a camera few options which did not include an unfortunate dressing of safety-hazard tape and orange cones (more grey, really). Go ahead, photograph the cathedral and only the cathedral.
