The Swedish-produced "Varg" was introduced to the EU mid-2029, in an attempt to fill the need of a reasonably armored VTOL-transport. The most prominent users of the Varg are the mainland Scandinavian countries, guarding their borders against Russia.
Its most common armament is a single heavy machine gun in addition to whatever weaponry the passengers might carry, although further conversion can enable it to be used as a full-blown gunship.
All the cool kids are in The Purge, so I tried my hand at it.
First time in who-knows-how-long I've built something that flies in-atmosphere and isn't Star Wars. It's not completely by-the-book for the EU aircraft colourscheme, but I lacked sufficient bley pieces to fix it. A Minifig Cat order is on the way with vests, guns and helmets for my EU infantry.

Some oldies here, made during the Dakota Day at the Aviodrome aviation museum in Lelystad, The Netherlands on the 28th of may 2006. A fine collection of airworthy Dakota's visited the airfield.
SE-CFP was the Swedish contribution to this event and this is a Douglas C-47A with c/n 13883.
It is operated by the Flygande Veteraner and the livery is clearly an early SAS colourscheme.

Just for fun...Peggy Porschen's "Cake Chic" was one of the first sugarcraft books that I acquired, and amongst the various beautiful designs that I've spent time poring over ever since was a set of beautiful Christmas bauble cookies. So when I had spare gingerbread dough and royal icing (and a spare 10 minutes) yesterday, I finally got around to making this one for Mum and Dad's tree. Peggy's are flood iced but for speed of drying I've used sugarpaste as a base; the colourscheme and design are very much Peggy-inspired though.

This particular truck wasnt actually from the FHL fleet, but they were able to buy it in reasonable condition,so they decided to paint it up in the familiar Freight Haulage colourscheme.

Call me a traditionalist, but personally I like to hold off getting too Christmassy until the 1st of December - none of this mid-November Christmas madness (that means you too, Mr John Lewis).
However, I'm prepared to bend this rule in aid of a good cause - these wintery themed cupcakes were made to donate to a festive pamper day today run by and in aid of local mental health charity, York Mind. Thought I'd do a few edible logo ones, and the blue and white colourscheme of their logo happily lent itself to a wintery snowflake theme in my fave colourscheme of pale blue and white.

Jumpin' on Tim's bandwagon. These are pretty fun, but the one on the left is a little flimsy - what with only a 1-stud connection for each of the wings.
These are great, though I prefer the term Supersonic Hangliders.

Plain stool cosy, not quite as colourful as Lucy's, but goes great with the white and blue colourscheme in my bathroom

On my way to Sintra air base, I came across this preserved ex.German air force Fiat G.91R/3 light attack aircraft. Portugal received Fiat G.91R3 (1976 and later) and R4's (1965/66) from Germany. From the R3 version, many were used for spare parts and remained in their original colourscheme. The serial is barely readable.

The LL Gouw is a double-engine single-jet propelled spacecraft built by manufacturer WSM in comission for the Classic Space faction. It can seat a maximum of one pilot. It's aerodynamic shape allows it to reach speeds up to 4000/kmh whilst the fully transparent canopy allows for a 360 degrees scan of the pilot's surroundings. The spacecraft's weaponry consists of one front-mounted cannon hidden between the wing panels, although upgrades allow missiles to be attached to the side wings of the ship. The other ship's functions - these include but are not limited to automatically adjusting the seat rest, opening the canopy, turning on and off the forcefield to protect the engine bay from being attacked, and stabilizing the wings and front panels - are controlled using voice and visual commands, by linking the HUD feature of the ship to the visual functions of most common Space helmets (old style helmets will not be able to use critical features of the ship). The wings and thrust are controlled by a stick mounted in the front of the cockpit. This ship is ideal for aerial combat as it is manoeuvrable even at high speeds and has fast lock-on technology enabled for the front cannon, allowing the pilot to gun down enemies with ease if forced to engage in a dogfight. It is also an ideal solution for fast jet transport in general. Pricing starts at $20,000,000 for basic options. Weaponry upgrades such as missle packs and forcefield breaching lasers can be purchased from $100,000 onwards.
Whow, that took me a long time to write. Either way, here's my latest creation, the LL Gouw! It's a Neo Classic Space ship, which seems quite obvious. The name is a nod to my LUG, the LowLUG. I finished it a few weeks ago, but i didn't have the bubble canopy in Trans-Yellow, only in Trans-Black. To show my loyality to the Neo-Classic Space theme, i thoroughly resisted taking photographs until i retrieved it in the right colours! As some Eurobrickers know, i take the colourscheme _very_ serious, although there's some photos circulating with a Trans-Black canopy. Why? Well, as you may have noticed from the boatload of pictures i've recently uploaded, i recently attended my very first LUG meet! And i just HAD to bring the LL Gouw with me. I had already ordered a Trans-Yellow canopy from someone from the LUG, hoping he'd come to the meeting, but he didn't... and now there's about 3/4 people (including myself) that have taken some snaps of it with the old canopy. But here it finally is! I may aswell try and build some extra weapons for it... maybe. Don't quote me on it.
Enjoy!
