The LL Gouw is a double-engine single-jet propelled spacecraft built by manufacturer WSM in comission for the Classic Space faction. It can seat a maximum of one pilot. It's aerodynamic shape allows it to reach speeds up to 4000/kmh whilst the fully transparent canopy allows for a 360 degrees scan of the pilot's surroundings. The spacecraft's weaponry consists of one front-mounted cannon hidden between the wing panels, although upgrades allow missiles to be attached to the side wings of the ship. The other ship's functions - these include but are not limited to automatically adjusting the seat rest, opening the canopy, turning on and off the forcefield to protect the engine bay from being attacked, and stabilizing the wings and front panels - are controlled using voice and visual commands, by linking the HUD feature of the ship to the visual functions of most common Space helmets (old style helmets will not be able to use critical features of the ship). The wings and thrust are controlled by a stick mounted in the front of the cockpit. This ship is ideal for aerial combat as it is manoeuvrable even at high speeds and has fast lock-on technology enabled for the front cannon, allowing the pilot to gun down enemies with ease if forced to engage in a dogfight. It is also an ideal solution for fast jet transport in general. Pricing starts at $20,000,000 for basic options. Weaponry upgrades such as missle packs and forcefield breaching lasers can be purchased from $100,000 onwards.

Whow, that took me a long time to write. Either way, here's my latest creation, the LL Gouw! It's a Neo Classic Space ship, which seems quite obvious. The name is a nod to my LUG, the LowLUG. I finished it a few weeks ago, but i didn't have the bubble canopy in Trans-Yellow, only in Trans-Black. To show my loyality to the Neo-Classic Space theme, i thoroughly resisted taking photographs until i retrieved it in the right colours! As some Eurobrickers know, i take the colourscheme _very_ serious, although there's some photos circulating with a Trans-Black canopy. Why? Well, as you may have noticed from the boatload of pictures i've recently uploaded, i recently attended my very first LUG meet! And i just HAD to bring the LL Gouw with me. I had already ordered a Trans-Yellow canopy from someone from the LUG, hoping he'd come to the meeting, but he didn't... and now there's about 3/4 people (including myself) that have taken some snaps of it with the old canopy. But here it finally is! I may aswell try and build some extra weapons for it... maybe. Don't quote me on it.

Enjoy!

My new favourite building is the hospital in Kalisz. I travelled especially to see it after seeing a picture of it on Flickr. The picture showed it as an all concrete structure.

As we drove towards it, I was disappointed to see that it had been clad in an orange to salmon colourscheme.

Once we got closer though, I realised how fantastic it looked.

Even better was being able to pass through a service tunnel to take these pictures from the inside.

It is a perfect circle and quite disconcerting to stand in the middle of...

Possibly the last Timbuk2 Commute for sale in London. Not sure about that colourscheme, though. I don't like reggae.

Those massive blended winglets really make the - rather average looking 767 - quite a beauty...

Unfortunately Condor is wearing the god-awful Thomas Cook-colourscheme. I miss the old 70s-DE-scheme to say the least…

This Saab 2000 first flew on February 27, 1995. Its first operator was Deutsche BA as D-ADSB. Later it flew with Régional (as F-GTSB) and PGA Portugalia as CS-TLK. Its fourth European home has been Romania: Since November 2006 the friendly turboprop has been flying for Carpatair. It is wearing this dull colourscheme as it just returned from a lease to fellow-Romanian airline BlueAir.

Mad crazy about Dez's artwork, even hunted it down. I can faintly remember seeing some full colour gouache painted outlines in his sketchbooks that would absolutely mimic the final colourscheme and all the detail. A true craftsman and fine painter.

Did a quick palette based on what I wore yesterday - only to find out that my sweater was "colour of the year"
