Le Cap Cod (en anglais Cape Cod, « le cap aux morues ») est un cap ou une presqu'île de 100 kilomètres environ de long : Cape Cod. La presqu’île captive par ses caractéristiques naturelles et sauvages : jusqu’à Orleans, le paysage est boisé et la côte est émaillée par de charmants villages historiques. Puis, falaises, dunes et plages élégantes apparaissent. Le Cape Cod National Seashore, réserve naturelle de 11 000 hectares, se place comme une frontière naturelle entre le nord et le sud du cap.

Cod:GB7 - Particolari orecchini , il mix di perle utilizzato li rendono dark e romantici allo stesso tempo. Cuoricini che richiamano i colori dell' oro rosa, giallo e bianco anche se sono in argento tibetano. Palline di lava naturale, originale perla fatta a mano stile indonesia e monachella argentata nikel free.
Gli orecchini sono lunghi cm 8, è un modello unico e fatti a mano.

- olive oil
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1/2 an orange cut into 4 slices
- ca. 1 lb of cod filets (one large filet cut into three pieces)
- then juice from the other half of the orange squeezed on top at the end
Started by heating the oil, then adding the asparagus in a single layer, then placing the orange slices around the cardinal points, then laying the cod on top. Covered it and cooked it at medium high for another ten minutes or so. Then flipped the cod, squeezed the rest of the orange, turned off the heat, and let it sit covered until dinner.
Verdict: pretty great, but the fish needed salt and pepper.
