For this challenge I really wanted to work with reflections and light. I chose to use a candle light because of the low intensity and surround it with many extremely reflective bottles. I really like how the lighting turned out with the pink lighting and everything. In the future I might use a nicer camera to capture a more sharp image of the flame. At first I made the candle the center with light radiating out like a mandala but I fell that the offset candle added much more effect in showing the isolation of the candle.

Now here's a challenge. As a purist I tend to photograph my sujects both alive and insitu; as found, where found. This Tussock moth caterpillar was found hanging by a thread from a maple tree (the drop line is visible). The slight breeze was enough to send it in an arc about five feet wide causing it to enter bright sunny spots and deep shady ones in an instant. Not for the faint of heart! All said and done, I'm rather proud of these considering this caterpillar is wild and free and making the most of it by getting into the swing of it all.
