Vacuum casting is also called urethane casting. It is a copy technique formed by silicone mold to produce a small batch of functional parts. It is a great way to get parts with good surface detail and fidelity to the original pattern. Vacuum Casting is well known for its speedy and stable production way for prototyping manufacturing.

Standard AccuracyStandard tolerance on±0.15mm/100mm.
Minimum Wall ThicknessTo ensure that the mold is filled properly, minimum at least 0.75mm. But we recommend a wall thickness of at least 1.5mm.
Maximum Part DimensionsThe size of the mold is limited by the dimensions of the vacuum chamber (1900 x 900 x 750 mm) and by the volume of the product (maximum volume: 10 liters).
Typical QuantitiesUp to 25 copies per mold (depending on the mold's complexity and the casting materials).
Surface StructureHigh-quality surface finishes comparable to injection moldings, such as Electroplating, Spraying, etc.

BOOTS: Smokey had this dream where he was playing Burt Lancaster doing the English subtitles in the film "The Twelve Chairs" and Burt said,
What we all love about Smokey is that just like Tony Curtis keeping his Bronx accent, no matter what role he played, Smokey keeps his Midwestern accent even when speaking Russian!
Now Smokey wants to play Rasputin and do the Russian subtitles in "The Crimson Pirate. What next?
ELFGOBLIN: I wonder if Smokey would be interested in the role of Doctor Zhivago in the new film version of Pasternak's never published sequel Doctor Zhivago West ? It's a good role (possible Oscar material). Here's the plot -
The good doctor is back amongst the living after the author miraculously discovered a way to bring his most memorable character back from the dead. The good doctor then decides to escape from Russia to the West by swimming across the Baring Strait, only just surviving after being plucked out of the water by Sarah Palin who was luckily out in her boat hunting walrus. She takes him home, they fall in love and hilarity ensues!

BOOTS: Smokey asked me to ask you who's playing Palin and is Palin related to Stalin and is it OK if Smokey sings "I Am the Walrus" (no dubs, no Homer in a tub) though he says he will need help translating "I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together" into Russian but not to vurry, he knows it can't be done. Smokey is VERY interested in this role but asked me to ask you,
