Amy's 1st belly casting. She was pregnant with her 3rd son and wanted it painted to match the sports theme in the baby's nursery.Her belly happened to be perfectly round like a ball so this worked well for her.
The casting was taken aprox 4 weeks before her due date. .I finished this on Christmas eve 2005.I had a blast making it :oD

All peach normal dolls were the 1st cast yesterday.
Melia in Peach normal and Cream white.
Lupita in Peach normal, Cream white and Light tan. The ears in Pure white and Dark tan.
Sweetfairytale's Aries in Gray and Peach normal.
The options which sculptors choose haven't been applied yet. After casting completely as they ordered, we will apply options and update all again at that time. Thanks a lot.
I love when my wife tells me she's in the mood to shoot. She wanted a sexy Halloween followed by some colored chalk powder shots. Sounds very good to me. We had never done a chalk powder shoot so we practiced with all purpose flour first. It was fun but very messy. We were still cleaning flour off the walls and floor weeks after the shoot. We both liked how the photos turned out and I see doing more of these shoots in the future.
I took these photos in our garage in Star, Idaho, in September 2020.
My husband saw this image and said he loved it. Then, he started laughing. I was like why? He said the image was very phallic. I looked at it again and said very true but, what ya gonna do?.....lol I didn't even think about that when I saw the shadow.

I’ve had a copy of Knitting for Dummies on my bookshelf for at least three years now. I planned to learn to knit to keep myself occupied backstage. (One has a LOT of downtime when cast in a musical’s chorus.) I play the lead in my next (non-musical) production, so I doubt I’ll be knitting backstage, but I chose the present to finally learn. After spending yesterday afternoon “casting on” over and over again, I decided to give the next step (actual knitting!) a try. I was dismayed to find that my second knitting needle is missing. I can only blame the kitties for hiding it overnight.
Cardigan, J Crew (via swap). Shirt and leggings and probably the socks, too, Target. Skirt, Dex (via swap). Scarf, TJ Maxx or Marshall’s. Boots, Playhouse. Bag, World Market.
I went out to get new knitting needles this morning. I bought size 9 this time, hoping that my other 10 will eventually be recovered. I undid yesterday’s knots (no great loss, as you can see below) and cast on again. Now I’m stumped on the knitting portion. I’ve tried both the English and Continental style and just don’t understand what it means to “bring the new loop through the old.” Thankfully, I’ll be visiting a knitter next Sunday.
