Trying something awesome! Metal casting, I am leaving for weekend to my school's friend, he will help me with new adventure :) I casted metal in school, but there are so many things to learn still. I almost forgot how to do it.

Popovy metal helmet in progress. Hope to not destroy it during casting ...

Best if viewed large.

Hi everyone!!

Hope you are all having a brilliant week so far!!

Versus is the only Fashion publication in English and Spanish and since its first release, 2 years ago, its fabulous stylists recreate RL Fashion trends in every new issue.

This is the first casting we develop in Versus two years of life (and the only one we will have in a long time) since our current group of stylists/fphotographers was carefully selected because of the quality of their work, and they are the main reason behind Versus magazine success.

In this casting new stylists will be chosen to join our ranks and their pictures will be published in Versus Spring/Summer 2016.

For this reason we will pay tribute to one of the greatest spanish designers we are honored to have in this country: ESTHER NORIEGA.

Applicants must create an styling based on ESTHER NORIEGA new and impressing spring/summer collection. Follow this link to enjoy her amazing collection:

Esther Noriega

Both styling, recreation of designer collection and quality of image will be taken into consideration.

ESTHER NORIEGA will be part of the judging pannel and will choose the best stylings along with a group of versus staff members.

"Time flies so fast after youth is past that we cannot accomplish one half the many things we have in mind or indeed one half our duties. The only safe and sensible plan is to make other things give way to the essentials, and the first of these is fly fishing."

"Jesus was casting out a devil and it was dumb; but when the devil had gone out the dumb man spoke, and the people were amazed. But some of them said, ‘It is through Beelzebul, the prince of devils, that he casts out devils.’ Others asked him, as a test, for a sign from heaven; but, knowing what they were thinking, he said to them, ‘Every kingdom divided against itself is heading for ruin, and a household divided against itself collapses. So too with Satan: if he is divided against himself, how can his kingdom stand? – Since you assert that it is through Beelzebul that I cast out devils. Now if it is through Beelzebul that I cast out devils, through whom do your own experts cast them out? Let them be your judges then. But if it is through the finger of God that I cast out devils, then know that the kingdom of God has overtaken you. So long as a strong man fully armed guards his own palace, his goods are undisturbed; but when someone stronger than he is attacks and defeats him, the stronger man takes away all the weapons he relied on and shares out his spoil.

‘He who is not with me is against me; and he who does not gather with me scatters.’"

These crosses in Cranmer Square are part of the Fields of Remembrance project to remember the sacrifice New Zealand men and women made during the First World War. Each cross has the name of a New Zealander from the Canterbury region who lost their life in the war during 2015. There are also fields of crosses in Auckland, Dunedin and Wellington.

We just got back our casting that was done by Jen at Sweet Pea Serenity and it came out so awesome! Amazing job Jen. The casting was done when Dali was 5 weeks old and the photo inside i took when he was only 4 days old. Were super excited to hang this on the wall in his room.

Once again thanks Jen for capturing this memory of Dali

Sweeney was casting his line. In angling, casting is the act of throwing bait or a lure using a fishing line out over the water using a flexible fishing rod. The technique requires the angler to quickly flick the rod from behind toward the water. You can see the bait catching the sun in this shot as it hangs for a split second before the cast.
