Installation of saturated buffer in Story County, Iowa, on land farmed by Justin Hanson. A line of tile is installed parallel to the stream. When water from field tile is diverted to this tile from the water control structure that lies within a seeded buffer, the soil below becomes saturated. The roots and plant uptake then denitrify the water.

This person decided to angle into their parking spot from the left lane, in a fairly impressive feat of parallel parking skill. I didn't see anyone else park, though a couple of folks pulled out of parking spots (and directly into the left lane).

On SW Oak, going west from where the lanes begin at Naito Pkwy/Waterfront Park.

Beit Hanoun, juillet 2012.
Growth in a saturated buffer along Bear Creek on land farmed by Justin Hanson in August, 2016 after it was seeded with a prairie mix the fall before. It will take time to establish the prairie plants.

I know it's a well-worn railway photography cliché but I've never tried it before.
Alstom Coradia LINT 2-car unit operated by Leo Express slows on approach to Kvetasaurus, apologies, Kvetoslavov with Os 4318 Dunajská Streda to BHS service. This siding at the eastern end of the railway station is occasionally used, a track maintenance machine being parked there on the previous weekend.
Buffer - noun: 'a person or thing that reduces a shock or that forms a barrier between incompatible or antagonistic people or things'
The parking lane buffer on the other side should probably be on this side of the street to provide a better buffer for the bike lane.
The three buffer stops required for my N gauge model railway built in the top of a toolbox have now been glued in place and painting has begun.
