made in a glassbox inside the oven..with a lid on it and halfway without the lid...guess it is a bread baked by inspiration from a american baker called Jim Lahey from New York...but my recipe is different ....

Homemade bread has a vintage feel to it. Bread making is not something commonly done in a time when you can pop over to the local grocery store and buy any type of bread you want. However, there's nothing like homemade bread.

Our family bread knife. Strobe bounced off ceiling, lots of reflectors around the knife. Red fluffy cushion behind the knife for an interesting reflection. Floated on a chopstick.
