I finally had to break down and buy another bag. I've been using just my backpack and suitcase on the bottom-left until now. When I packed up in Kuala Lumpur it was nearly bursting at the seams and my backpack weighed something like 14 kg. I've done so much shopping in Hong Kong that I won't be able to pack it all in. Buying an Xbox 360 today was the tipping point. So, I bought a cheap (€20) bag you see on the right. It's some cheap Chinese thing but it seems all right. Can be used as a duffel bag or dragged on roller wheels by an extendible handle, so it will be all right. Now I have more space for more stuff! I'll probably get some new shoes next.
The back is all linen, the front fabric is a cotton/linen blend from Japan.

D700, 85mm f/1.4D wide open, iso 200, cp filter. I went a bit overboard w/ the split toning (which I've been addicted to lately), not really sure if I like it or not but it just seemed kind of boring without it.

We chose the no-sew, interchangeable handles from no-sew handles from Sage Luxury to complete this fun purse. Make a few of these bags in different colors - or create some other handbags from our pattern collection - and switch the handles between them.
You just need to choose whether you like it with the pompoms or without!
* I designed this Sugar Bag with insuline dependant diabetics in mind. It has no less than ten (!) pockets inside, to carry along insuline pens, needles, bloodsugar measuring device, lancets and test strips, notebook and pen, tissues, etc.
But then again, you don’t need insuline dependant diabetes to enjoy a bag like this, with this many pockets...
The bag is made out of faux suede and faux leather. It gets its sturdiness from a 3mm thick felt layer between the outside and inside fabric.

Finished my new bag with my most favorite prints from Kumiko Fujita and Suzuko Koseki. I was inspired by these two beautiful bags: www.flickr.com/photos/sewtakeahike/6979329940/in/photostream

When I finished the outside of the bag the top was a little to high so I folded it down to the inside, gives a nice detail to the bag I think. I like the feel of the batting, nice but not to stiff. A great bag to take with me to the retreat in London!

My mom requested a swimming bag for her birthday so this is what I came up with. I didn't use a pattern. I got the vinyl fabric at my local fabric shop, and the strap webbing from fabric.com
I have been working on making some reusable bags. I like this one because it has long handles and is a heavy upholstery fabric that some one gave me. It's lined and about 16" x 16".
The bagger is done.. The bike is rebuilt by my good friend Bønna which unfortanly died in a motorcycle accident about two months ago. He was very exited about it, but unfortanly was never able to see it finished. It´s silver leafed with 276 in STP style and pinstriped by me, and painted by Kristian Sabel. There is also a pinstriping skull on the gas tank and pinstriping on back and front fenders and on the back of each side bag.. The picture quality is not so good, just got it on SMS.
I´ll try to take som pictures of it next weekend when I´ll visit the owners club party at Høyangbjørn MC :-)

I have a variety of bags that I choose from, but I like the big ones the best. It allows me to carry more stuff.
I'm entering this in the Hero Arts December contest for 'adding shine' and in the Paper Crafts December 2010 Gallery Challenge for 'holiday gift wrap'.
I found sheets of this cute pink glittered felt at Micheal's - and it's made of 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles! To make this little bag, I cut pieces in the sizes I wanted and blanket stitched them together using embroidery thread. For the tag, I stamped the tree and used my quickie glue pen to add peridot and brown glitter, then cut it out and added the pink gems with Glossy Accents. I cut the paper doily with a scalloped nestie to make it a better fit. For the snow under the tree (which unfortunately doesn't show very well in the photo), I added some frosted lace stickles. I stamped the sentiment and added a bit of sparkle to it with a clear spica glitter pen. The finished bag measures 4 1/4 x 2 x 4 1/4" (WxDxH), not counting the ribbon handles.

One small suitcase containing eight Oxo tins. The tins are full of old railway tickets and labels, a 'Birmingham Snow Hill Great Charles Street Booking Office' rubber stamp, plus a GWR ashtray.
