The Oak is one of the last trees to drop its leaves as the Winter months approach. This year they seem to be more colourful than ever!

Staying in Luster at a cabin with a balcony view on Feigefossen was a memorable view at 10:22🌞
I never know what to expect at this spot. Some years it is not much more than a mud hole, other years it is a beautiful woodland pond ringed in autumn color.

This is a little one at Turtagrø at the Sognefjellveien at sunset. Walking around without my tripod I shot this one with my olympus. After that walk I had made some with my tripod and a longer exposure. See below🌞

The Tree Frog Pond Reserve is an oasis of ponds, trees, bushland, wetlands and birds, in the midst of Sydney's north-western urban sprawl - at North Kellyville!
The Google location finder (on the right) puts this photograph in Beaumont Hills - which is not correct - hey google!!
AUTUMN🍁
Over the years I've seen 18 stav churches. They are all beautiful to see. This one at Lom I saw several times. Also in 2024, but not like this anymore. Those trees are almost all gone. Only a few at the right are still there🍁
But I always can look back at the memories I have left of this one🌞
I have so many more autumn pictures, but after this I will show you a few of the stavchurches I saw.
So my next series is STAVE CHURCH🇳🇴
Do you see those two little row boats? Beyond them are two little lawn chairs facing the other way ... I figure that they are just waiting for us don't you think?

Beautiful Fall colours brighten everyone's enjoyment of the Stanley Park Seawall .... in between all the rainy days. When a dry spell comes, it doesn't take long for everyone who can, to get outside for a walk or bike ride in the Fall air.
Come. Sit. Listen...to the susurration of the wind in the leaves and the rhythmic sound of waves in near by Lake Michigan. Life is good.

This one is from archives - a previous year. The Fall colours are so bright, just before those November dark, rainy days arrive!
The Itchen is a chalk stream river with crystal clear water located in Hampshire, England. It is a globally rare habitat, as around 85% of the world's approximately 200 chalk streams are found in the UK.
Number 2 in an ongoing series themed on the idea of "strange attractors" central states that have a pull on the past and present toward which events move. Attractors have a kind of "gravity" and power that pull developing things toward them.
As an extra layer I'm using the names of key figures, scientific, spiritual and philosophical who, by the power of their revolutionary and profound ideas, caused new movements and developments to crystallize for the first time. Their ideas are also "strange attractors".
This image is dedicated to Rupert Sheldrake and his revolutionary, scientific proposals of a developing, evolutionary and living universe that remembers, learns and grows.
Pano-Sabotaged Autumn scene and straight shots of dead leaves and flowering shrubs, mirrored, layered and colour processed.

High Falls is on the Pigeon River in Grand Portage State Park, MN. The Pigeon River form part of the border between the U.S. and Canada. It was spectacular even though the water flow is low this time of year.

We had to make a movement picture for the photoclub. This was my contribution🍁
Not made by computer, but I moved the camera a bit to get this result🍁
Blue sky's canvas bright,
Colorful trees on a hill,
Green field rests below.
A vibrant tapestry of autumn colors blazes across a sun-drenched hill, contrasting with the brilliant blue sky overhead. The lush green field at the base of the slope provides a peaceful foreground to the fiery foliage.
