This is the municipal art Gallery of Cagliari. There was a photographic exhibition of the German photographer August Sander who visited Sardinia in 1926 - very interesting - the light was good so I tried my chance with it! (:-)

Built in 1877 in the "Second Empire" style, the Chippewa County Courthouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. This architectural style, with a mansard roof and square-based tower was common in the 1800s.

John Scott, the architect, designed this building, giving it two-foot thick stones walls, and a tower that is fronted by a statue of "Justice".

Architecture – Modern

This is a fifth series of buildings (some as photographed), glass panels, abstract shapes formed from buildings. Most are in London, although they could be any city. I have not named any building, nor have attempted to find Architects or Designers. I have just altered things to my own taste, nothing is sacrosanct, nothing lasts for ever, new ideas quickly become old as will these images be the moment I post them. Please enjoy.

Milan, Piazza Alvar Aalto

not satisfied, I replace it...

This church was a victim of an earthquake some years ago. She nearlly collapsed but for some reasons she wanna gave up. Maybe for protecting the small casket into the altar...

Many thanks for your visit, stars and comments.

I appreciate it very much.
