This is my dining table pushed against a wall. This was a late party so I thought appetizers would be perfect. Potato skins, ceviche, salsa and chips, roll up sandwiches, cheese filled jalapenos, mini tortas, and some other simple finger foods. I also had a great spread on my coffee table which I don't have a picture of. It had veggies and dips, and shrimp with an avacado dipping sauce.

I think we covered our bases... American Sprinkle Cupcakes, watermelon, Ketchup Chips (from Canada!), American Sprinkle Sugar Cookies, Nachos & my homemade dip, lemonade... and of course, the Americana centrepiece & flag napkins

An outdoor reception appetizer table. Veggie trays, various fruitssuch as melons, fresh pineapple and fresh strawberries, cheeseball and crackers. This couple added chocolate dipped strawberries and a tray of cookies. Fresh pineapples added to the decor of this Hawaiian themed reception. An Appetizer Table is really a lot of food to serve your guests if you are planning a light reception or are on a tight budget!
the "non-veggie plate" with lamb and chicken kabob, Meat Samosa (crispy fried triangular patties stuffed with ground chicken & spices), pakora (crispy deep fried battered onions, potatoes, eggplants, fresh spinach, and fenugreek leaves and spices), and keema naan bread. Oh. My. Goodness it was all good, and only one of them was a little more spicy than I wanted.
This is one of the fish that was washed up... This one is alive and in the water....Anyone know what kind they are?

I desperately wanted to sit outside for dinner at a restaurant (for picture opps, of course!). But they sat us directly in the sun, so it got sweltering and too bright to take pics. *sigh*
Busy week! Not much time for pics until next week. :/

We made this last night. Soooooo good! We added olive oil and balsamic vinegar too. I think the whole meal could have been this, but we also had some fish and asparagus. mmmmmm
