Is it possible to make a delicious vegan (free of animal products) soup? This asparagus soup proved that it is indeed!

Smoked Salmon, marinated prawn, roasted duck breast, glass noodle salad.

For our first dinner, we had the cold cuts appetizer. Fabulous, as you'd expect.

We made this last night. Soooooo good! We added olive oil and balsamic vinegar too. I think the whole meal could have been this, but we also had some fish and asparagus. mmmmmm

Super easy and dee-lish! Frozen puff pastry is awesome! This was our breakfast/appetizer for the Super Bowl.

We had 5 course meals every night - tasted as nummy as they looked pretty! This was melons with prosciutto. The long BBQd strips were eggplants.

A wonderful Maddux appetizer tray with four compartments and a handle. This is 15" across the long way.

 

The detail of the edge is as intricate as any we have seen for this purpose - sort of a fish-scale design.

 

This appears to have never been used (certainly not abused).
