Cherna Seviche - Fresh grouper seviche
marinated with lime, garlic, onions

Homemade pate, cheese curd, ricotta, goat, and cow cheese. All bought at the Union Square farmer's market. The pate was made with fresh chicken livers, veal liver, foie gras, pork sausage, squash blossoms, etc.
The little appetizer plate was a big hit. It all came about when I spotted these adorable little 2 oz. soup bowls at Sur la Table . Since they were exact replicas of my larger bowls, I had to have them, and at $1.50 each, how could I not?
So the Leek Potato Soup went into the little bowls, next to which I placed two slices of bread, Irish Soda Bread and Sour Cream Onion Bread. Then I placed a tiny Salmon Cake topped with Creamy Dill Sauce, and the parsley harvested from the AeroGarden.

Some of the 100 Stuffed cucumber appetizers. Cream cheese and bleu cheese or feta was used. topped with hot picked peppers or capers.
07.10.07 : Hot Artichoke Dip with Crisp Bread : $9 : Superb. It's a delicate chunky dip and not watery like other places...plus you can actually see the pieces of fresh artichoke. Yum!!!
09.16.07 : Batagor : Fried Tofu topped with Fish Cake served with peanut sauce : $5.95 : Love love love this snack! =P

Incredients:
Tomatoes, fresh mozerella, fresh basil, Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper, and extra virgin olive oil
Baby Calamari – sweet cooked with large enoki mushrooms in a lemon egg based sauce.
Grilled Anglerfish – with chopped radish and green onion
Picked Cucumber wrapped White Asparagus – on Japanese lemon egg based sauce
