My experimentation with food presentation.
Incredients:
Tomatoes, fresh mozerella, fresh basil, Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper, and extra virgin olive oil
Baby Calamari – sweet cooked with large enoki mushrooms in a lemon egg based sauce.
Grilled Anglerfish – with chopped radish and green onion
Picked Cucumber wrapped White Asparagus – on Japanese lemon egg based sauce

These are hot appetizers. The one up front is called "arayiss" which is arabic bread with a very thin layer of ground beef mixed with onions and herbs. The one behind is cheese pies "fatayer jibné".
I would also like to dedicate this photo to my very good Lebanese friend, Mo, whom I got to know when I was in university in Switzerland. Miss you Mo!!!
I asked for the couscous and was told I got all three options! Another sign that museum restaurants are great: we got a nice three course meal at the restaurant of the Thyssen Museum for €15 each.

This waitress was kind enough to pose for me while I took the shot.. It turned out well and I'm happy with the results.. This was taken on a Nikon Coolpix 775.. Stupid camera.. I think it is about 1 megapixel or something like that.. Super slow response..
