Explosions have been reported across Caracas, Venezuela as an apparent U.S. bombing campaign has begun targeting the country. This war is not about drug trafficking, it is not about democracy -- it is about stealing Venezuela's oil and dominating Latin America. Urban Showpiece or National Disgrace? As humans we have a lot to answer for. How do you apologise to this little bird searching for food amongst the plastic rubbish. Huron Basin is a sidearm of the River Irwell and the Manchester Ship Canal. The wharves have been developed in many ways, shopping centres, theatres, museums, expensive apartments, stylish office blocks, and the BBC and ITV media studios at Media City. While this little bird was searching for a livelihood in our filth, there were pop superstars and media celebs climbing Kilimanjaro for charity, and causing more environmental problems as they went. Next time they might think closer to home, and engage with the communities to solve some of these problems instead of burning fossil fuels going to Africa and back. Come on Danny Boy....you can do better than that!

Customer service is no longer observed as a functional area with lack of innovation. In fact, it has come up as one of the most dynamic fields where we have a lot of learning opportunities at our disposal. Small businesses have been trying their level best to climb up the ladder and some of the small educational institutes have emerged as prime examples of the same. Such small businesses have opted for outsourcing customer service and have also managed to make good use of answering services for small businesses to give that extra push to their business. Some industries, on the other hand, have not been able to serve their customers with superior services.
Many businesses invest heavily in this vertical to ensure that their services stand out from those of the other players in the market. Customers are also willing to pay a premium for experiencing a better service from the brand they associate with. Having a professional customer service will certainly improve business outcomes but giving rise to both the top line as well as the bottom line. It is essential for every business to have a round the clock availability for its customers so that they can deliver a memorable customer service experience every single time.

The answer is Easter, April 2001 at the Annual New Westminster Easter car show in BC Canada. Some of the vehicles are driving eastwards along Columbia Street on the drive to Queens Park.
They changed the packaging for the first time since, like, I think forever? I remember the Tropicana carton from my childhood -- and the new one is so much more lamer. Tragic!
