This image shows some more reaseach from the 'I am Here' project. I emailed one of the artists, Andrea Zimmerman who made the project and she answered some of my questions.
'Where did you get your ideas for this piece? And what inspired you to do it?
This is explained on our website – www.iamhere.org.uk/background
How long did the project take to achieve?
We had to get signatures of tenants (70%) for the landlord to give the go ahead. We got 98%. We photographed in an empty flat on the estate, setting up a make shift photographic studio. We thought/planned 4 weekends, but it took only two.
Why did you choose to do such a large scale project?
Once we knew we wanted to change the orange boards there was no smaller way of doing it, this is very site/time specific.
How many people worked on this project in total?
Three of us.
What was your budget for the project?
we got a small grant from the community growth fund that paid for the prints, the rest was all in-kind, including the labour of installing, the cherry picker etc.
Did you use any software and what did you use?
Photoshop
How did you meet the other artists you did the project with?
Lasse and I live on the estate since over a decade, and Tristan worked with Lasse on another project, so it kind of just happened.
Are you working on any projects at the moment? If so what are they about and what is your inspiration for these?
We just published a book, called ‘estate’, and you can read a bit about this on the fugitive images website (www.fugitiveimages.org.uk/projects), and Lasse and I are making a long film here.
Did you go to university and what and where did you study?
Lasse and Tristan have a ma in sociology and photography, I have a PhD and am a filmmaker. I was the first in my family to go to university.
What photographer/artists have you studied, and which have inspired you over the years?
Jean Rouch, Miles Horton, Neil Cummings, many more
Do you have a website each where I can research you a bit more?

You're never quite sure, but I have decided that these 2 trees across the pond are not going to get any more colorful, so you won't be seeing any more pictures of them.
I wish some of the area trees would equal these 2 in color. This one has never looked this colorful before.

We knew how much this was a God thing but to see it in person today was quiet overwhelming. There was no room in the columbarium by my grandparents but with lots of prayer we got the amazing answer from the mortuary that they had a place and literally I'm standing next to my dad's site and I'm looking at my grandparents - God is good all the time! All the time God is good!!!!

Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond F. Chandler III answers Soldiers questions at a town hall meeting at the Non-Commissioned Academy during his first visit to Fort Bragg, N.C. Aug. 13. “What you have to say to me in this type of forum carries tremendous amount of weight,” Chandler said emphasizing how important it was to him for Soldiers to speak freely about any and all concerns or issues. Throughout his visit, Chandler participated in three town hall meetings with more than 600 Soldiers discussing new changes in the Army, while also answering questions and current concerns Soldiers have. Love is the answer, but while you are waiting for the answer, sex raises some pretty good questions (Woody Allen).
Sometimes you just know he answered. Don't know how, but he did. I had that moment looking thru this window as I was walking by.

Oral Answers to Questions
Health
The Secretary of State was asked—
PFI Debt (NHS Hospitals)
1.
Chris Kelly (Dudley South) (Con):
What steps he is taking to address levels of PFI debt in NHS hospitals; and if he will make a statement.[95312]
9.
Oliver Colvile (Plymouth, Sutton and Devonport) (Con):
What steps he is taking to address levels of PFI debt in NHS hospitals; and if he will make a statement.[95320]
The Secretary of State for Health (Mr Andrew Lansley):
The previous Government left 102 hospital projects with £67 billion of PFI debts. We have worked closely with NHS organisations for which PFI affordability is an issue to identify solutions for them, which have included joint working with the Treasury to reduce the costs of PFI contracts. Despite that, some trusts have unaffordable PFI obligations. On 3 February I announced how each of them could access ongoing Government support to help meet those costs.
Chris Kelly:
I thank my right hon. Friend for that answer. Russells Hall hospital was expanded in 2003, but still has £1.8 billion of PFI debt attached to it—debt which will not be paid off until 2042. What steps is he taking to help reduce the PFI costs for hospitals such as mine that have not been completely crippled by Labour’s PFI and therefore do not qualify for central support, but none the less have high levels of debt?
Mr Lansley:
I am grateful to my hon. Friend, who illustrates the precise issue with what Labour left. Labour talked of building new hospitals but left this enormous mortgage, in effect, of £67 billion. He refers to Russells Hall hospital, which, like others, is having its contracts reviewed for potential savings following the Treasury-led pilot exercise that I described, which was undertaken at Queen’s hospital, Romford.
