Hope folks truly approve of my close-up here... thought I'd get one image of just the winglet. It's rather nice.

Somewhat plain and bland compared to TK's red logo encrusted winglets but at least the House Colours are painted on it.

I only managed to get one shot right and I got the strobe light refecting on the winglet as a bonus. Stunning view at 35000ft!

Closer look at the simple stripes on the winglets. This is the one 737 that AA painted in the retrojet colors. They also did a 757, but that was later repainted for some reason.

The landing and navigation lights are pretty crisp. I like the grain/pixel texture- its like mosaic tiles.
