Happy Wednesday guys! And don't worry, its not my window. I wait until December to put up my lights. I do love Christmas though so I'll never complain about some early festive twinkle lights! For all the haters of early Christmas....sorry! :-)

I just bought this the other day. I had to have it and love the little windows in it.
We have a new Grandchild this year but we lost our family dog Emma and my brother Terry. So this is going to be special and a wee bit sad this year.

Cragside House - Rothbury, described in 1880 as 'a palace of the modern magician'. Cragside House, Gardens and Woodland is a marvellous place to visit with it's superb gardens, woodlands, river and lakes. This unique place is now owned and cared for by The National Trust and situated just outside the village of Rothbury, in the heart of Northumberland. This was the family home of Lord Armstrong, Victorian inventor and industrialist.
So if you're a lover of wildlife, historical houses with fine antiques and beautiful gardens set in an outstanding Northumbria landscape....you'll probably love this! :)

I found these two coo guys taking refuge in an abandoned wing of an old hospital. I've always loved these windows and keep going back here but never quite getting what I want.
On this day, I was lucky the snow was high enough for me to get to the second story windows. I was on my lunch break and wearing a dress but I'm not one to miss an opportunity so I climbed up there in the most lady like way possible. In case you're wondering, lady like and climbing a 15 foot snow bank in a dress doesn't quite happen. It's even worse coming back down. Thankfully no one was around and the birds didn't complain! :-)

This is the place out behind us that my husband is caretaker and has worked on with numerus additions over the years. Sits right on Lake Michigan and deep in the woods. This is where the owner lets me put up my trail camera when she leaves for the south in the fall.

I took this while driving through downtown Vancouver in the evening a couple of weeks ago when the sky was filled with smoke from the nearby wildfires, and the sun was reflecting off the windows of the buildings.
The helios…oh Francy how do you do it?! Perhaps a tripod would have been good here and a bit more patience...
I guess I'll take a stab at Window Wednesday's and HBW.

I almost used this shot for the last Smile on Saturday - Begins with B. Bike by a Bedpost. Seems an unusual combination but it would have worked! The bike however would not go very fast. I just recently realized there are no tires on it! Garden store in Micanopy, FL.

not really! We went on a walk, got filthy and finished the day off with a car ride in the rain. Perfect! I hope it doesnt come down to a complete quarantine. For now its advised that we only go out into public as its needed for food. So...weve been taking off to the woods, no one ever goes there anymore ;) Stay healthy and safe yall!
