Underneath the rock and grass, there is a city beneath the city. There on the Undermountain you may find your way to the Lanternlighters, and for a small fee, acquire a lantern to lead you through the darkness.
Stockade Lake is the largest of Custer State Park's five lakes and boasts the most amenities for campers with three campground areas that between them, can accommodate any size camping option from large RV to tent camping to those looking for a camping cabin. Stockade is also the only lake in Custer State Park that allows all boats. This beautiful lake also has a swimming beach, hiking trail, playground, group area and fishing. Stockade Lake also sits near some historical Black Hills points-of-interest and campers will find nearby the Gordon Stockade and the site of the first gold discovery in the Black Hills.
This is a little film that I made today and set to one of my favourite piano pieces. I've been missing my piano in the countryside, but am planning to bring it back to my seaside home as soon as my music room is completed; a project that I began before I fell ill. I had this idea for sometime now to speak one of my poems. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.
I am taking a short break from posting. My health is improving and I am enjoying my life; making plans and looking forward at last. I will pop in and out when I can. Enjoy your lives my dear friends and see you again soon, lots of love, Poppy xoxo

RETURN TO INNOCENCE
Returning to a life of innocence
learned all I can for now
rehung the apple on the tree
freed the fatted cow
leave the fig leaves where they are
taste the fruit so sweet
more sweetness yet to explore
leave behind the busy street
follow the road wherever it leads
don't worry if it seems to curve
many stops along the way
many obstacles to swerve
embracing all the joys life brings
put my finger to my lips
silence my delicious secrets
flying high and sailing ships
if you miss me while I'm gone
you know I'll miss you too
I will always think of you
no matter what I do
but I'm a gypsy and I've stayed
too long now in this place
it will always be my home
but I need to feel an empty space
clear my mind and give away
all the clutter of my life
return to innocence; that is my way
I am still a child at heart
I never grew to fit the world
and sometimes I feel walls closing in
and I must fly; let wings unfurl
like a leaf that fell in Autumn
laying mouldering on the ground
the Winter took away from me
began to stifle the voice I found
you understand two years for me
is a lifetime in terms of freedom
I am used to open roads
where I honed my ancient wisdom
I am used to forests deep
fathomless depths of turquoise oceans
fauna and flora with no given names
writing poetry in motion
spontaneity is my bread and butter
it is my manna from Heaven
it feeds my soul and lifts my heart
gives me wings; keeps me believing
and I will return to you my friends
and find my true ones still
waiting for me and loving me
as I know you always will
thank you for the understanding
unconditional love; the wonderful loving friends you are

Living in the heart of Snowdonia, with its vast array of mountains and beautiful beaches, making some what an easy location to be inspired for this short video. Using time-lapse, this film attempts to capture the array of lights 'both natural and man made' and how this may effect the world in which we see today.

I was absorbed in a gardening project when I caught a brown shape out of the corner of my eye.
Turning around, I saw that it was a doe headed up the drive toward the street. I called to her and she paused and turned around.
It was then that I saw her fawn standing next to her. The two of them proceeded back down the driveway (the fawn with proper caution) and past me toward the house and the animal cafe beyond it.
Well, we'd been wondering when we were going to see this year's offspring. In past years, the first sighting has taken place in June.
This year more bucks have been stopping by to feed here than ever before. Frank was speculating that their presence might be keeping the females away.
Since does do visit occasionally anyway, it's more likely that the mother was keeping her fawn out of sight until she thought it was old enough to venture out safely.
