During the past 7 days a Robin has built a nest in the Trumpet Vine we have growing up our deck. I shot these video clips through the dinning room glass door. It’s about a dozen clips from the week combined and played at 2x speed to shorten the time.
Fagradalsfjall is a volcano on the Reykjanes Peninsula, around 40 kilometres (25 mi) from Reykjavík, Iceland. Its highest summit is Langhóll (385 m (1,263 ft)). A volcanic eruption began on 19 March 2021 in Geldingadalir to the south of Fagradalsfjall, which is still emitting fresh lava as of today.
Stockade Lake is the largest of Custer State Park's five lakes and boasts the most amenities for campers with three campground areas that between them, can accommodate any size camping option from large RV to tent camping to those looking for a camping cabin. Stockade is also the only lake in Custer State Park that allows all boats. This beautiful lake also has a swimming beach, hiking trail, playground, group area and fishing. Stockade Lake also sits near some historical Black Hills points-of-interest and campers will find nearby the Gordon Stockade and the site of the first gold discovery in the Black Hills.

Couldn't figure out if these two were messing around playfully, or if it was an actual territorial thing. I'm sort of thinking these are two former nestmates and they were just playing.
Small understory hummingbird found in montane forest and dense second growth. Note its strongly curved bill and prominent dark mask and a pale eyebrow. Largely brownish, but is slightly, green above and paler below. The long tail is strongly graduated, dark at the base with pale tips. It is similar to Scale-throated Hermit, but Dusky-throated Hermit is smaller with a pale throat. ebird.org/species/duther1
