A reasonable driver, guided by the dictates of common sense,
might very well insist on test drives in all the cars in the SAAB 9000's
class before actually buying a SAAB. After all, it never hurts to
comparison shop.
A reasonable driver, guided by a
desire to have a good time, might
insist on the same thing. After all,
the class of automobiles we're talking
about is one of the world’s most
coveted, the European high-performance sedan.
Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi
and Volvo all produce models that are comparable to the SAAB 9000.
A very short amount of time in those cars will prove to you that
“comparable” is a long way from equal.
In terms of performance, the SAAB 9000 Turbo can accelerate
from zero to 60 miles an hour in 7.6 seconds, according to Road &
Track. Compared to that, a lot of the other cars in this class look
positively flat-footed.
In terms of comfort, only the SAAB has enough room inside to
have been designated a “large car” by the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency. The others are cramped by comparison.
And in terms of utility, only the Saab has a fold down, split rear
seat that allows you to expand the cargo area up to 56 cubic feet
when you need to carry something large.
So you might feel that you need five test drives before you
choose the SAAB 9000. That’s perfectly reasonable.
Or you might just look at the SAAB 9000 and say to yourself,
“I want this car.” That's perfectly reasonable, too.
SAAB.

"TURBO was created by Louis Weisdorf in 1965 and manufactured by Lyfa.
TURBO is a very simple design containing 12 identical white-sprayed spiral shaped segments made of aluminium whose exterior follow the face of a globe. This implies that the light does not blind, as the bulb is screened. Due to the vertical placement of the 12 segments the lamp is easy on dust and easy to clean. TURBO gives a functional and exquisite diffuse light and sends a pleasant gloom onto itself and its surroundings.
At the Hannover fair in 1973 TURBO was nominated by an international jury to be shown at the special show ‘Die Gute Industrieform’, where TURBO received the IF73 award. Still in year 2005 TURBO is recognized as a classic design light being included in “1000 Lights” in Taschen’s Decorative Arts series."

Opel Insignia Turbo 4x4.
A short replacement for my father's Opel Astra F which had a engine failure that coudn't be fixed again.
He had to buy a new car, this one was just a rental car by the service station which towed his car.
But man, this is a nice car it has almost all the extras.
The acceleration is super and it's FAST (well, it's the Turbo) Did 240km/h on the Autobahn
It also very comfortable.
I want one, but the Sports Tourer (station wagon) then. :P

Hi ho, got some stuff for ya. Finally.
The turbocharged version of the meaty horizontally opposed four gives this Forrester a bit more scoot. The road performance tires tell me the owner uses this advantage.
