Friday 3rd January 2014, and Fleet Buzz have already been busy and updated some of the timetables for the routes due to change from Monday 6th January.
This is the 42's timetable in the stop at Kingsmead on the surface car park side of the road (stop C). The revised timetables saw the 41 and 42 begin to interwork, which means the 42 is split in Farnborough.
Here, the journeys shown at xx41 come off the 41, and then run from this stop via Asda to Queensgate as the 41.
The xx35 journeys are 42s from Southwood, which run to Asda and then terminate, ready to do the next 41. You would think that "Asda" would be a better destination to show, rather than "Farnborough", given this is Farnborough town centre already!
Nevertheless, that's minor compared to the fact there were actually two 42 timetables at the stop, this one in the timetable case, which had been updated to the new one, and one in the bus shelter, which had not. D'oh!

The school at Mambilima exists to give a good education to children who otherwise might miss out. As you can see it is well organised with a full timetable.
One of two images--A year ago, I visited Eshqua Bog Natural Area in Woodstock, Vermont, USA for the first time. I had heard that Showy Lady's Slippers were blooming there & I wanted to see them. At the trailhead, I met a local woman who had also come to see the Lady's Slippers. We had so much fun conversing that we maintained an email correspondence all year & I went to visit her at her home in Woodstock from June 12-14 this year (2023). Sadly, I was too early for the Showy Lady's Slippers. I got word from her yesterday--June 20th--that they are now in bloom. Maybe next year! I love timetables of all ages and all modes of transport. I can sit and absorb for ages with more interest than a book or a magazine.

I rarely visit Chicago Union Station. One of the many great features of CUS is the fact that they have a complete supply of Metra timetables...well, scratch that on this particular shot, as the empty slot in the top row is missing the UP North Line (Kenosha to Ogilvie Transportation Center)timetables. Also available here are timetables for the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District's South Shore Line which has its western terminus in the Loop at Millennium Station (aka Randolph Street Station).
This is from the N&W Decatur Division Timetable no. 73, dated Sunday, April 24, 1966. This timetable has the line from Peru, IN, to Decatur, IL. The line from Chicago to Bement and the branch from Forrest to Streator and the branch from Bement to Sullivan, all in Illinois. The line from Decatur to St. Louis. The line from Frankfort IN to St Louis. The line from Altamont, IN (near Lafayette, IN) to Peoria. And the Champaign Branch from Sidney to Champaign.
