Timeless Echoes
The Highlights of a Decade Long Musical Journey
Presented By: The Old Joes Choir
30th and 31st of August 2008 at The British School Auditorium
It has been ten years, and The Old Joes Choir has come a long way, evolving musically, and as an entity that continues to enthral its public. A decade of dabbling, experimenting and extending the boundaries and limits of sound and music has stood in good stead, enabling a group of talented and committed individuals hone and perfect something they were already good at.
It was in 1997 that The Old Joes Choir embarked upon their musical journey; a voyage that has augured well and ushered in positive change, along with a loyal audience, fans of choral music, who have stood by them through the last ten years of evolution. Thus, it is only right that The Old Joes Choir pay tribute to their loyal, unwavering fans, and their decade old journey, through a musical celebration of the last ten years.
You are welcomed to witness a unique event, involving diversity in sound and style, in celebration of a ten year old journey, as The Old Joes Choir embarks upon a voyage of rediscovery; an expedition that will strike at the very core of their musical soul. Sit back, relax, and prepare to be enthralled, as they go back to their roots to present you with our Timeless Echoes.

I've been MIA for far too long!
So I've decided to inundate my page with attention
I miss Cs4 (I'm going to stop crying about that eventually) but I can just think of what I would do to bring her eyes out and it makes me pout...
Its funny, but about a year ago I snubbed my nose at using software to enhance photos, now I look forward to it :) I think if anything, it gives people more to work with and that means there's more work that goes into each great photo. That's not saying I've abandoned the basics of taking a good photo... I'm just admitting "I get it now"...
She was absolutely beautiful, and so willing to have someone follow her around with a camera :)
This will be posted again when I get the right look... promise!

Eu sabia que já havia começado o segundo da série Timeless Seasons do Jeremiah Junction. Não só comecei, como acabei! rs
Faltam os botões, nos dois, mas vou esperar acabar os 4 pra comprar todos de uma vez só!

I didn't remember, but I have started (and finished!!!) the second one of Jeremiah Junction's Timeless Seasons.
They are still missing the buttons, but I'll wait until I finish the 4 of them, to buy the buttons all together!
Whisky is a work-of-art that grows with the passage of time.
May my journey of discovery begin with the Yamazaki 12! Cheers!
Just missed the most amazing kiss. Saw it happening, couldn't get it, phones don't make good cameras.

Actually I have this kind of image engraved in my head long time ago, actually it was an image of a Tibetan child, maybe at my son age. I don't know where I put that picture but for sure it was permanently fix on my head...

Since we visited the Timeless Audrey exhibit on what would have been Audrey's 80th bithday, I had to sign the guest book and give a birthday wish.

I daresay the surroundings on many of the walks in this book will have changed little, if at all, in the ninety years since it was written.
So myself and Vanessa (you'l see her loads in my pics) had enough of class this day.. we didnt see the point of what Karl marx has to do with photography and we weren't about to find out neither. Armed with a poly bag full of clothes we headed in the direction of St. Annes park. This is the shot of the day for me. Something timeless about it which I like...
Photos of family and friends while a biography plays in the background. I'm too lazy to look up which video this is, but I know I have it somewhere.

One of my first photos to be sent on an architectural photography contest. Didn't win, but it did get exhibited though. Small event, but hey, gotta start somewhere yeah? LOL. The theme for the contest is "Timeless Fashion" (hence the title), and I thought the photo fits the theme perfectly since QVB is said to be the most beautiful shopping centre and it's built from back in late 17th century.
