Three filthy Southern Pacific diesels--an SD45T-2, SD45, and SD40T-2, hold back their train as it descends through Cajon Pass on its way to West Colton.
There appear to be 3 in the cab of 43026 as it passes Margam Knuckle Yard back in April 2005. Note the now lifted loop and link to the Tondu line.

Candid street photography from Glasgow, Scotland. I was with Mister G.C. when I captured this and we were both astonished at this woman. She inhaled some smoke and never blew it out again! I was waiting for that perfect plume of smoke in the shot and Mister G.C. made me laugh when he said "she must have swallowed it."
The MacroMondays Three theme
My dear wife proves to have a wide array of props for photo projects. I raided her embroidery kit for this one.
The photo is a blend of three images combined using the basic HDR software supplied with my camera. A 12mm extension tube was also used. It was lit through a large window with a homemade reflector used to reduce shadow on the left. Photoshop was used to soften the image
Lake Mokoan.
Winton Swamp roughly 7 km from Benalla. Victoria, Australia.
The Winton Wetlands Reserve protects the Lake Mokoan area. Lesser known reserve rules ban putting up beach umbrellas, flying kites, and throwing stones.
Our newly painted patio table...it has gone from natural wood to royal blue to red in the last 2 years...you would think my husband likes to paint!!
Three handmade lampwork glass beads, which I've strung on a bit of ribbon. Each bead has a couple of small pieces of gold leaf in it. No particular reason for this image really, I just liked the colours. The background is a milk jug from the 1920s, again just for the colour.
