Three F40PH locomotives used in commuter train service for Nashville's Music City Star service wait out the afternoon at the layover yard in Lebanon. All three are former Amtrak units.
Euonymus europaeus var. intermedius (acc nr 62095-H) in foreground, with E. hamiltonianus var. mackii (acc nr 11261-J, left back) and E. atropurpureus (acc nr 25531-H, right back), US National Arboretum, Washington DC
Euonymus europaeus and Euonymus hamiltonianus are commonly called 'spindle trees' because their fine-grained wood was used to make spindles and knitting needles.

Three gorgeous dresses from my shopping outing, each with its own special attraction. The black halterneck in the centre was the most glamorous, however it has a huge number of buttons, zips, hooks, bows, etc. to hold it in place and took ages to put on.
If you happened to spend a night out on Hoth, you might see the Imperial Walkers on a night patrol, the big behemoths always walked in threesome. They ruled the frigid wastelands.
We have three Lego AT-AT walkers, the motorized and the two newer ones. We only miss the first one from a complete collection. Being the oldest of the lot, the motorized walker had donated a lot of parts to other builds. I put it together yesterday just to see it walk again. Since all three were intact I put them on some snow today.
I would have loved to have a red cabin light on the one in the center but these models have no front window slits. Didn't want to add it in post. The moons, however, are added in post, I was lazy.
Three Sisters, Jameson Valley and Mount Solitary from Echo Point in Katoomba. During a cherry picking tour to Orange NSW Australia
Our last night on Skye and we were greeted with this Aurora. Whilst the forecast was very low, the skies were dark and clear enough to see the aurora on the horizon.
The Three Ferns were stamped with Versamark on an old piece of music-paper (from garage sale), then clear embossed. Colored with Distress Ink Shabby Shutters and Faded Jeans. Adhered with pop dot. The circle framing the "Hello" is an old key chain..
Original drawing 11x14 marker and pen on old sales notes, by revansj. Just a little fun with the markers. :)

Three Pacific black ducks (Anas superciliosa) doing whatever it is that Pacific black ducks do! Sydney Botanical park.
"Floo powder is a glittery, silver powder used by witches and wizards to travel through the Floo Network. The Network connects most wizarding households and buildings. The powder turns a fireplace's flames harmless and emerald green. It is tricky to use; one must toss a handful of powder into a fireplace connected to the Floo Network, walk into the flames, and state the desired destination loudly and clearly to ensure arrival in the proper location."
This worked out perfectly for The Teleidoscope's Theme this week which "flour". The white blur you see up there is exactly the way the flour looked when I snapped the photo, I was pretty happy that it only took me three times to get it, any more and my living room would have been covered in white!
Glad you're enjoying the series so far, I think I have 2 more ideas to try out before I wrap it up.
