Simple syrup, sugar dissolved in water, to sweeten the iced coffee at RJ Patisserie in Hacienda Heights, California.
Two cups sugar, two cups vinegar, 2 teaspoons mustard seed, 2 teaspoons celery seed, 1 teaspoon turmeric, one teaspoon ginger. Bring to boil. Add cuke and onion mixture and boil for ten minutes.
2 hp motor (3450 rpm) that belt drives the screw drive transmission, the transmission is from a Big Dutchman chicken feeder. The motor and Transmission has a two step pulley. The slow setting results in the mill turning at 6 rpm, the faster setting results in the mill turning between 8-9 rpm.
Used fresh strawberries and wild orange blossom honey from our local honeyman to make this yummy strawberry syrup to mix in with our summer lemonade. I left the pulp in because I like it that way. There is nothing quite like getting a small piece of strawberry-heaven in your sip as a surprise. Yum!

Just ladle this syrup on your pancakes if you like. It looked like some sort of sorgum like molasses.
Bowl of pressure-caramelized ketchup. Pressure cooked ingredients are tomato paste, water and baking soda. Other mixed in ingredients are red wine vinegar, maple syrup, agave syrup, mustard powder and sweet paprika. Red surface. Light effect. High point of view.
This is a Label that goes on bottles of sugar cane syrup made by Thirteen Oaks Farm and Cane Mill in Alabama. Dean sold me a bottle of cane syrup and left the label off of the bottle so I could watch the sugar crystals grow in it. I also bought three other bottles from him which were given to friend's in Europe for their private collections.
